We teach Kenpo Karate to each student. Through karate we teach life principles. The system is tailored to the student not the other way around. Through this process the student will be taught the basics in a positive manner. Throughout their training, each student will develop physical and mental skills. Karate training is successful in improving a student’s physical strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance. They will also develop mental skills such as focus, concentration, self-control, discipline, respect, self-confidence, leadership skills, how to handle peer pressure situations, and self-defense. We believe in holding up the integrity of a belt rank. We believe the student should achieve a belt rank through consistent practice, persevering and never giving up. We believe that martial arts is for life.
