Drop Pounds & Get in Shape, MJA Martial Arts Boot Camp, Spencer, MA

Discover a new you in 2012 by enrolling in our Boot Camp!  Drop pounds and get in shape with encouragement and support from our professional instructors.  We will motivate you throughout our eight-week program.
